How we collect information
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Felicity Bristow Artist + Designer/ But n Ben Bindery & Press website. On some pages, you can order products and register to receive our newsletter. On these pages we might collect the following information:
- Your full name
- Your address
- Your e-mail address
- Your phone number
When you purchase a product through this website we do not retain your credit card information. Instead that information passes directly from you to our online payment processor. Our online payment processor is PayPal. We have reviewed their privacy policy and satisfied ourselves that it aligns with our own.
How we use information
When you order something on our website we only use the information that you provide us with to complete that order. We never share this information with any other person or entity except in order to complete your order. We do not store credit/debit card information nor do we share customers details with any third parties.
When you give us your email address for the purpose of an enquiry or order we will reply to that email address but we will not share it with anyone other person or entity and we will not use it for any other purpose.
On our website you can choose to sign-up to our newsletter using your email address. We will use that email address only for that purpose and will not share it with any other person or entity other than with Mailchimp which is the entity we partner with to take care of the technical dispatch of our newsletters. We will not sign you up to that newsletter unless you expressly make that choice.
How long we will keep your information
We keep your personal information only for as long as required for the purposes for which it’s supplied or for as long as legally required. Where your information is no longer required, we will always make sure it is disposed of in a safe and secure manner.
Data security
We have internal rules in place at But n Ben Bindery & Press in order to prevent unauthorised access to any information we collect online and to maintain the security and correct use of the data and information we collect.
We never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under the age of 13.
Confirming or amending personal information
You can check, delete and amend, all your personally identifiable information that we have collected online and retained by emailing us at felicity@felicitybristow.com. To protect your privacy and maintain security we will take steps to confirm your identity before granting access to the information we have collected or permitting any amendments.
If you have previously signed up to our newsletter but no longer wish to receive it then please email felicity@felicitybristow.com. In addition each time we send a newsletter you will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe.
Cookies
Cookies are small files that contain information that are transferred to your computer’s hard drive. We use them rarely. No personal information is stored within these cookies.
